AI & Automated Use Policy

This policy governs how artificial-intelligence tools, agents, and automated systems may be used with Blarg LLC products and services (blarg.studio, blarghub.net, enmity.io, enmity.pro, blarg.games, Blarg Papers, and related properties). It applies in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Sharing Policy.

1. Your responsibility for agent & automated use

If you use any AI agent, assistant, bot, script, or other automation to access or act on Blarg services, you remain fully responsible for everything it does on your behalf. This includes: any content it publishes or messages it sends; any purchases or financial transactions it makes; any data it accesses or modifies; any actions taken by scheduled or recurring tasks running for you; any actions taken through computer-use or desktop automation; and its compliance with these terms and with any third-party website terms of service, including restrictions on automated access. An agent acting for you is you, for the purposes of these terms.

2. Permitted automated access

Reasonable, good-faith automated use of features we provide for that purpose is welcome. The following are not permitted: scraping or bulk extraction beyond what a feature offers; circumventing authentication, gates, paywalls, or rate limits; automating account creation or abuse; or any access that degrades the service for others. Respect robots.txt and any documented limits.

3. Blarg's own AI agents

Blarg LLC operates internal AI agents (our "Blarg AI" systems) to help build and run our products. These operate under Blarg LLC's oversight with a human-in-the-loop review step for outward-facing or consequential actions. AI-assisted outputs are provided to help, may contain errors, and are not a substitute for your own judgment; verify anything you rely on.

4. AI-generated content

Some content and features are produced with the help of AI. Such content is provided "as is," may be inaccurate or incomplete, and is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for how you use it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Blarg's AI features to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive material; to harass or impersonate; to generate malware; or to attempt to extract another user's data or our confidential information. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Third-party model providers

Blarg's AI features are built on third-party foundation models (for example, Anthropic's Claude). Your use of those features is also subject to the applicable provider's usage and acceptable-use policies, including Anthropic's Usage Policy and its policy for AI agents. Where this policy and a provider policy both apply, you must comply with both.
