Termination & Account Suspension
Blarg LLC · Last updated 2026-06-16 · Effective upon publication.
This policy explains when and how Blarg LLC may suspend or terminate access to its products and services (blarg.studio, blarghub.net, enmity.io, enmity.pro, blarg.games, Blarg Papers, and related properties). It forms part of, and is governed by, our Terms of Service.
1. Our right to suspend or terminate
Blarg LLC, acting through its administrators, may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We may also remove content, revoke access to features, and refuse service.
2. Grounds for termination
Reasons for which we may act include, but are not limited to:
- Any activity that is illegal or facilitates illegal activity under applicable law.
- Content or conduct that is inappropriate or contrary to Blarg LLC's values, including material that is hateful, harassing, deceptive, exploitative, abusive, or harmful to others.
- Violation of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Sharing Policy, AI & Automated Use Policy, Financial Data Protection & Security Policy, or any other posted policy.
- Fraud, payment abuse, circumvention of gates or limits, or attempts to access another user's data or our confidential information.
- Conduct that harms or threatens to harm other users, third parties, or the integrity, security, or reputation of the service.
3. Values-based discretion
Blarg LLC is a values-driven company. We reserve the right to decline or end a relationship with any user whose conduct we judge, in good faith, to be inconsistent with those values, even where the conduct is not unlawful. This determination rests with Blarg LLC's administration.
4. Effect of termination
On suspension or termination, your right to access the affected products ends immediately. We may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any records we are required to keep for legal, accounting, or security reasons. Any fees already paid are handled under our Terms of Service; termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
5. No liability for termination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blarg LLC is not liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of access made under this policy.
6. Your controls: deleting your account & rotating credentials
You control your own account security. You may, and in some situations should, take these actions yourself from your dashboard:
- Delete your account. You can delete your Blarg account at any time. Consider doing so if you no longer use Blarg and want your data removed, if you no longer agree to our terms, or if you believe your account has been compromised beyond simple recovery. Deletion is handled under our Privacy Policy, subject to records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.
- Rotate your password. Change it promptly if you suspect it has been exposed, phished, shared, or reused on another service that was breached; if you signed in on a shared or public device; if you notice unfamiliar activity on your account; or simply as periodic good hygiene. Your password is stored encrypted and can be changed in your dashboard's Account Security settings.
- Rotate your admin key (administrators). If your admin key may have been exposed, shared, or used on a device you no longer control, rotate it immediately. Admin-key rotation requires Blarg LLC (Tech Ops) approval; a one-time code is emailed to you, and its last four digits become your new key.
- Report a concern. If you believe your account or credentials are compromised, contact us right away so we can help secure the account or, if needed, suspend it while you recover access.
7. Questions & contact
If you have questions about an account action, contact blarg.studio@gmail.com or emmanues@tcd.ie (Sean Emmanuel, Blarg LLC). We may, at our discretion, review an action, but we are not obligated to reinstate access.
