Welcome to Enmity: War & Diplomacy ("Enmity"), a product of Blarg LLC. These Terms govern your use of Enmity at enmity.io, enmity.pro, blarghub.net, blarg.studio, blarg.games and related properties. By creating an account, purchasing access, or playing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 (or the local age of digital consent). One Blarg profile signs you in across the network; you are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Playtest nature

Enmity is offered as a Playtest under active development; features, balance, and worlds may change, reset, or be removed. We make no guarantee any in-game state persists between versions.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and a valid entitlement, Blarg grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play for your own non-commercial entertainment. No copying, resale, reverse-engineering, scraping, or redistribution.

4. Access & entitlements

The game requires a purchase of Enmity Playtest, or a one-time Blarg Hub purchase, or an active Blarg Pro/Max subscription, or authorization granted directly by Blarg. Entitlements are tied to your Blarg profile and are non-transferable.

5. Sandbox worlds

On enmity.pro a member may create up to six sandbox worlds (any size from 10×10 to the great water world); beyond that, request admin access for additional seeds. New features will roll out; some features may be released to some users with early access first. Contact blarg.studio@gmail.com or emmanues@tcd.ie for more information.

6. Payments & refunds

Purchases are processed by Stripe and are also subject to Stripe's terms. As a digital Playtest delivered immediately, all sales are final except where required by law; refunds are case-by-case at our discretion.

7. Conduct

No cheating, exploiting, unauthorized automation, harassment, disruption, or unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

Enmity, its worlds, systems, art, code, and branding are owned by Blarg LLC or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blarg is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of data/progress; total liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior twelve months.

10. Membership & tiers

Blarg recognizes exactly three account tiers: (1) Sean Emmanuel (principal admin), (2) non-Sean admins, and (3) Members. Administrator status is granted solely by Blarg's principal, never by a purchase. Purchasing upgrades your dashboard (cards, programs, the game) but does not change your tier; purchasers remain Members.

11. Communications & notifications

You may receive (a) transactional messages (purchase/registration confirmations, security and service notices), and (b), if you opt in, product updates and push notifications, including push to a mobile device. Control these in your dashboard; opt out of non-transactional messages anytime. By enabling push or providing a phone number, you consent to delivery to your device.

12. Spectator content (enmity.io)

The live world at enmity.io is for viewing; you may explore it and nudge a non-worker toward an event, but you cannot otherwise control or alter it. It is a curated public showcase, not the full game.

13. Changes & contact
