Data Sharing Policy
This Data Sharing Policy explains the limited circumstances in which Blarg LLC ("Blarg," "we," "us") shares the information described in our Privacy Policy. It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By signing in to or continuing to use any Blarg product (Enmity, the Blarg Hub, Blarg Papers, and blarg.studio), you acknowledge this Policy.
1. What we share, and with whom

| Communications providers | Send the account, transactional, legal-update, and (if you opt in) marketing emails and push notifications you have not turned off. |
| Hosting & infrastructure providers | Operate our websites, databases, caching, and application servers. |
| Analytics & reliability tooling | Understand usage and diagnose errors, aggregated or pseudonymized where feasible. |
| Professional advisors | Legal, accounting, and compliance support, under professional duties of confidentiality. |
| Authorities, when legally required | Comply with valid legal process or protect rights and safety. |
| Successors | A merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy's protections. |
We require each recipient to use the data only for the purpose we specify and to protect it under obligations no less protective than ours.
2. With your direction
Some features share data because you ask them to, displaying your profile or published work to friends or other members, or connecting an integration you enable. You control these through your dashboard settings, including the email and push-notification toggles.
3. Professional & client engagements (separate from product data)
Independently of our consumer products, Blarg LLC performs research and professional-services work for clients and partners. Any data exchanged in those engagements is governed by separate, direct agreements (including non-disclosure and data-processing agreements) and is handled apart from, and is not commingled with, Blarg product users' personal data. Product users' data is not shared into those engagements, and engagement data is not used to operate the consumer products.
4. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
5. Your choices and rights
- Notifications: turn email and push notifications on or off in your dashboard at any time. We will still send essential account, security, and legal-update messages.
- Access, correction, deletion, and portability: request these as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Withdraw consent: where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it (this does not affect prior processing).
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in our Privacy Policy, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize it.
7. Changes to this Policy, and your acceptance
We may update this Policy. When we make a material change, we will notify registered users by email and require acceptance of the updated Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this Data Sharing Policy before your next sign-in. If you do not accept, you will not be able to sign in until you do; you are never obligated to make any purchase.
